disappointing experience with this service. I had booked a car to be delivered to my home at 9:00 am, but it never arrived. I ended up having to find alternative transportation myself, despite having already paid the delivery fee. To make matters worse, the car wasn't available until 10:00 am, an hour later than scheduled. The most frustrating part was the lack of communication with customer service during this time.

A few minutes into the app and I fully understood why is the rating so bad. When I tried to login with the created account, I was faced by nothing but bugs, lags and errors. Tried for more than 20min for no avail. Neither the email nor phone number login works. Seriously, go and hire some actually capable software engineers to maintain the app, will you?

this rental car site is the best! from the promo to the customer service, i really like the way we need to lock and unlock car using bluetooth because it's make it easier and we can still use it even when we out of line, absolutely good, car price is cheaper then most other car rental company, and also there's a bug when u need to select the usage hour, the time we select are one hour further then the time its show, for example: we book at 9.00 but the display show 10.00 please fix it okay <3
